My Approach
I offer a blend of somatic and experiential therapies. I bring in research based models like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also love to incorporate yoga, art therapy and humor if that’s your style. Our work can unfold in my office, online or through nature-based hiking and walking sessions.
